Home Improvement Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk.
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service.
• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections.

• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required.
• We cover the cost of training and licensing.
