Home Choice is seeking a knowledgeable professional with experience in Michigan's Home Help Program.

Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
Work Arrangement: In-office, Remote (Work from Home), or Hybrid
Qualifications
- Current or former Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) employee
- Experience with the Home Help Program, including assessments, eligibility, authorizations, and case management
- Strong understanding of MDHHS Home Help policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Current and former MDHHS Home Help caseworkers, specialists, supervisors, and program staff are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Home Help operations and compliance
- Work with clients, caregivers, and MDHHS staff
- Help resolve authorization and enrollment issues
- Provide guidance on Home Help program policies and procedures
Pay
$65,000–$90,000 based on experience
