The role involves prioritizing patient health and helping prevent hospitalization while providing exceptional care in the comfort of patients' homes. Safe Life utilizes Andy AI, which assists our clinicians with OASIS completion and submission within 24 hours. This is a full-time or part-time position serving Sandwich, IL and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Valid Illinois RN license
• Valid CPR Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Valid Auto Insurance
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience
• Proficiency in WellSky Kinnser EMR
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
