Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed Speech Therapy services and develop individualized plans of care.
• Conduct evaluations, set goals, and document progress aligned with treatment plans.
• Cook up coordination with healthcare team, physicians, and family for comprehensive care and discharge planning.
• Maintain confidentiality, effective communication, and serve as a clinical resource.
• Report patient needs, goals, and progress in writing to physicians and team members.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted SLP license in applicable states (MN and WI required).
• CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and proof of automobile insurance.
• Paid one year of recent acute care experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist (preferred).
