Position Overview

The Speech Therapist PRN provides high-quality patient care by performing assessments, administering treatments, developing care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program
• An active and unrestricted SLP license
• A current CPR certification
• At least one year of recent experience in an acute care setting
• Adhere to policies, regulations, and maintain confidentiality

Key Duties

• Deliver prescribed speech therapy services
• Create evaluation and treatment plans
• Maintain progress
• Participate in discharge planning
• Serve as a resource for staff
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders
