Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients and develop tailored therapy programs
• Implement and modify therapy plans in collaboration with clinical staff and physicians
• Cordinate documentation, medical data transfer, and ensure compliance
• Instruct clients, families, and caregivers to promote optimal functioning
• Address client and employee concerns and review therapy effectiveness

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP
• Unrestricted state license in Speech Therapy
• Proficiency in assessments, documentation, and policy adherence
