Home Health Speech Language Pathologist (Registry)

About the role

Evaluates, plans and administers comprehensive speech therapy modalities/regimens as prescribed by a physician to patients with speech, voice, and language, cognitive-communicative and oral-pharyngeal swallowing disorders in their place of residence for the purpose of improving and/or restoring speech and/or swallowing functions.

Requirements

• Current valid state Speech Therapy license required
• Master’s/Bachelor’s Level Graduate in the area of Speech Therapy or Speech Pathology from an accredited university or college required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology awarded by the American Speech Language and Hearing Association required
• One year of work experience
• Prior home health experience preferred
