Home Health SLP Speech Language Therapist Part Time

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed Speech Therapy services following policies, standards, and regulations.
• Develop and maintain individualized evaluation and treatment plans with clear goals and outcomes.
• Cookordination with healthcare team, families, and physicians for comprehensive care and discharge planning.
• Ensure confidentiality and effective communication.
• Serve as a clinical resource and provide progress reports to physicians and care teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted SLP license in the practice state.
• CPR certification.
• PREFERRED: At least one year of recent experience in an acute care setting.

Location

• North Pinellas county.
• May require PRN and weekend visits.
