Pay
Make between $80,000 - $150,000 per year.

Requirements
- Valid and current Florida RN License
- At least 1 year of Medicare Home Health RN Nursing experience
- Current CEUs for HIV, Domestic Violence, and Alzheimer's
- Level 2 Background screening (more information)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Updated TB/PPD
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive OASIS assessments and develop tailored plans of care in collaboration with PCPs
- Administer medications and treatments, anticipate patient needs, and make recommendations to optimize their well-being
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation, and collaborate with in-office case managers
- Empower patients and their families with essential health instructions, coaching, and counsel
