Home Health RN Clinical Supervisor Office Based

Responsibilities

• Care Oversight: Monitor and oversee the care provided by field staff to ensure compliance with care plans and safety protocols.
• Coordination: Collaborate closely with physicians, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Patient Advocacy: Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to advocate for the patient’s needs and preferences.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care, including assessments, care plans, and follow-up documentation.
• Compliance: Ensure all care provided meets state and federal regulations as well as company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health RN.
• EMR Proficiency: Experience using WellSky (Kinnser) EMR for home health is preferred.
• Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Illinois.

Benefits

• Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
• Schedule: Medical Specialty: Expected Hours: 40 per week (weekend as needed)
