Role Overview

The RN Clinical Manager – Home Health oversees clinical staff working with high medical acuity or extended non-licensed support clients. They ensure staff competency through orientation and preceptorship, and services adhere to licensing, medical standards, and agency policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage clinical programs, services, and staff in line with organizational policies.
• Serve as a clinical expert, assisting with operational and financial management.
• Investigate client complaints and ensure quality care during home visits.
• Recruit, hire, and assess training needs for clinical staff.
• Supervise clinical staff, conduct evaluations, and oversee case management for financial and service quality.
• Ensure regulatory compliance through policy enforcement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse licensure in practice state.
• Active CPR certification.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years RN experience, preferably in home health and Medicare skilled nursing with OASIS knowledge.
