About the Role

Private Duty RN providing one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pediatric and adult care including assessments, medication administration, trach/vent and wound care, and implementing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to ensure quality care.
• Document in EMR and support safe transitions of care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Compassionate healthcare professional with strong clinical skills.
• Ability to work independently and excellent communication.
• Knowledge of pediatric and adult nursing, wound care, and ventilator management is preferred.
