Position Overview
A Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) provides physical therapy services in patients' homes under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Responsibilities include administering treatments, patient education, communication with patients and caregivers, and documenting patient progress. The PTA collaborates with other healthcare professionals to develop and execute care plans, ensures safe use of assistive devices, and prepares discharge instructions. They must maintain confidentiality, adhere to ethical standards, and complete timely documentation.

Qualifications
