Shift Description

Shift Description: Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) - Servicing Howard County, MD

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions
  • Educate patients and caregivers to support safe recovery at home

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Maryland
  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
  • At least one year of clinical experience (home care experience preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively

Pay Range: $38.81-$62.09 per hour (based on years of experience, skillset, education, etc.)
