Home Health Physical Therapist - PRN

Qualifications require an unrestricted Physical Therapy license , CPR certification , and experience working with healthcare professionals. Preferred candidates have at least one year of PT experience. The role involves patient-facing responsibilities, requires a valid driver’s license, and adherence to TB screening and driver safety programs.
