Responsibilities
- Provide expert physical therapy care to clients throughout central Vermont.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to tailor individualized care plans that promote mobility and independence.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and colleagues to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Employ standard therapy measurement techniques and therapeutic modalities to optimize client outcomes.
- Offer education and support to empower clients in achieving their care goals.

Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current Vermont Physical Therapy License.
- Minimum of one year of clinical practice in a medically oriented setting.
- Valid driver's license.
