Responsibilities

• Assess functional status and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on therapy to enhance mobility, safety, and independence.
• Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and families to coordinate care and educate on home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
