Responsibilities
As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will work one‑on‑one with patients in their homes, helping them gain the strength and independence needed for daily activities such as attending church or gardening. Your role directly impacts patients’ ability to remain safely in their homes while improving their quality of life.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
- Current State License as a Physical Therapist
- Valid Driver’s License
- Current CPR certification, negative TB screen, and Hepatitis consent/declination
- At least two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
- Therapy skills that meet generally accepted standards of practice
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of durable medical equipment
