Responsibilities

• Treat 4-5 patients per day
• Work Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week with flexible hours
• Mileage reimbursement provided for traveling between patients

Requirements

• Current California Physical Therapy License
• At least 1 year of experience as a Home Health Physical Therapist
• Willingness to travel between patients
• Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance
