About the Role

Pediatric Home Service provides 1:1 pediatric home health care, helping children with medical complexities grow and thrive safely at home. We specialize in 1:1 in-home nursing care, allowing children with complex medical needs to live at home, attend school, and build meaningful memories with their families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 pediatric home health care
  • Care for one child at a time
  • Develop real connections with clients
  • See progress firsthand in client care
  • Become part of a supportive team

Requirements

  • RN or LPN license
  • Experience with ventilators, trachs, and g-tubes is preferred but not required
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for making a difference in children's lives

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Pay

  • Sign on bonus of up to $4,000 for full-time nights
  • Nights shift differential of $2 per hour
