We're looking for experienced home health Occupational Therapists (OTs) or those transitioning from outpatient or SNF settings to help patients achieve independence in their own homes with unparalleled flexibility.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled OT care, including in-home assessments addressing activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental ADLs, and home safety.
- Develop adaptive strategies and personalized treatment plans focusing on energy conservation, adaptive equipment, and functional strengthening.
- Manage your visits by scheduling and conducting patient home visits based on your preferred caseload and availability.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's plan of care.
Requirements
- Valid California Occupational Therapist license
- CPR or BLS certification
- Driver’s license and auto insurance
- Physical and TB test (within the last year)
- Professional liability and business license (if applicable)
