Connect Pediatrics is seeking Pediatric Home Health Nurses (RN or LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes.
Responsibilities
- Administering medications, feedings, and treatments as per physician plans
- Maintaining compliance through real-time charting
- Building professional relationships with patients and families
- Assisting in in-home patient assessments and care coordination
Qualifications and skills
- Current nursing license (LVN or RN) in Texas
- CPR certification
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Ability to build relationships and work independently
