About the Role
We are hiring Pediatric Home Health Nurses (RN or LVN) to provide skilled in-home care for pediatric patients.
Responsibilities
- Administering medications, feedings, and treatments according to physician plans
- Maintaining compliance through real-time charting
- Building professional relationships with patients and families
- Assisting with in-home patient assessments and care coordination
Qualifications
- Current Texas nursing license (LVN or RN)
- CPR certification
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required, with training provided
