Home Health Nurse (RN or LPN)
About the role
As a Nurse (RN or LPN) in Velarde, NM, you will administer patient care in accordance with a physician-established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. There is no expiration for this benefit, allowing our team of caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come.
Responsibilities
- Advocate for patients and provide one-on-one care
- Collaborate with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides ( HHAs), Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Experience in home health care or similar field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills

Pay
Compensation details are confidential and contingent upon successful completion of the hiring process.
Schedule
12-hour shifts, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, with a preferred shift of 1pm-5pm.
