About the Role
Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, following physician-prescribed plans of care.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications, feedings, and treatments
- Maintain compliance through real-time charting
- Build professional relationships with patients and families
- Assist with in-home patient assessments and care coordination
Requirements
- Current nursing license (LVN or RN) in Texas
- CPR certification
- Ability to work independently in home settings
