Responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in inpatient rehabilitation, home health, and hospice settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
• Assist patients in achieving their highest levels of independence.
• Support treatment plans through compassionate and skilled nursing interventions.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification.
• Passion for patient care and dedication to improving patient outcomes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
