Key Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system.
• Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Auxiliary activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Requirements

• Active LVN License or RN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail

Schedule

Shift lengths vary, accommodating both short 4-hour shifts and longer 12-hour days.

Pay

Full-time (30 hours or more a week): $3,000.00 sign-on bonus
Part-time (29 hours or less a week): $2,000.00 sign-on bonus
