About the role

Amazing Care Home Health provides Private Duty Nursing, focusing on personalized care for pediatric patients in their homes. Unlike traditional Home Health Nursing, this role offers flexible shift options, accommodating both short and long days.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system
• Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Absorb and administer medications as prescribed by the physician
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Requirements

• Active RN or LVN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail

• Day and Night Shifts Available

Case Openings

• 45-year-old male / High Acuity / Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Evenings 2pm-10pm, Saturday 2pm-10pm

Sign on Bonus

• Full-time: $2,000.00 Paid after 90 days of Employment
• Part-time: $1,000.00 Paid after 90 days of Employment
