Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to individuals in their homes, ensuring they receive necessary medical treatments, guidance, and support. You will collaborate with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans that promote health, mobility, and overall wellness.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
- Previous nursing experience in home health, hospice, or community health preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Pay
$45.00 - $50.00 per hour
