About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative individual to join our dynamic team at WelbeHealth. You will be responsible for helping us inspire the magic by enabling our teams to push the limits of healthcare and well-being experiences.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and implement new healthcare and well-being service products tailored specifically for seniors and their families.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing services and drive innovation in the senior care space.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address the unique needs of seniors and their caregivers.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing strategies to promote our services and engage with our target audience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge and relevant.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare or related fields, preferably with a focus on seniors.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with healthcare software platforms.

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience.
