Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Administer physical therapy treatments
• Document progress and communicate with healthcare providers
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current California Physical Therapy license
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to various locations within the Hayward area

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledgeable about home health care regulations
