About the Role
We are seeking a Home Health Document Tracker to join TriStar Healthcare at Home, part of HCA Healthcare, the nation's leading provider of healthcare services. This role supports our mission to provide quality care during patients' recovery at home, under the supervision of a physician and alongside a team of professionals including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, therapists, and social workers.
