Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans and therapeutic exercises
• Document and report patient progress and condition changes
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Educate patients and families on exercises and care techniques
• Collaborate with the clinical team for coordinated patient care

Required Qualifications

• COTA license (state-issued) and CPR certification
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Prefer 2+ years of COTA experience; home health experience a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance

Pay

This position is based on a pay-per-visit compensation model. Pay per visit ranges from $42 to $50, commensurate with experience and depending on type of visit.
