About the role

We are seeking highly motivated, organized, and skilled Occupational Therapist Assistants who are committed to continuous learning, improvement, and providing exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assist in the assessment and treatment planning process for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and assist patients in achieving their goals.
• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently using our state-of-the-art electronic documentation system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from a recognized program.
• Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam.
• Experience in home health care is preferred but not required.
