About the role

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Personal Care Assistants to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will support, encourage, and help with skill building activities in their homes, and bring them into the community to achieve their personal goals.

Responsibilities

• Support and encourage Recipients in their daily activities
• Help Recipients build new skills and confidence
• Bring Recipients into the community to participate in activities
• Work closely with Recipients to develop and implement care plans

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older
