About the role

Nurses Network by Quality Home Health Care is a leading provider of home health services in Northern Arizona. We have openings for Arizona-licensed Certified Nurses Assistants (CNAs) to perform Home Health visits. Immediate needs are in Prescott Valley and Verde Valley.

Responsibilities

• Performs Bathing and ADL assistance to clients in their homes in accordance with Medicare, Arizona, and Federal regulations and guidelines.
• Contributes and participates in care coordination and patient-centered care as a part of an interdisciplinary clinical care team of nurses, therapists, CNAs, and MSWs.

Qualifications

• Arizona CNA License.
• Minimum 6 months of experience; recent experience preferred, but not required.
• Arizona Driver’s License.
• Vehicle to travel to the patient location and proof of auto insurance.
• TB test and clearance.
• Current CPR certification.
• Pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to perform job description and work without restrictions.
