Role: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) providing in-home care to seniors and individuals with chronic or disabling conditions. Responsibilities Assist with personal care, mobility, and medication reminders.Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions.Collaborate with nurses and care coordinators to follow individualized care plans.Ensure safety and dignity while supporting clients to maintain independence at home.
