At Amazing Care Home Health, we believe exceptional patient care starts with empowered clinicians. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate RN Clinical Supervisor to lead, support, and elevate our Skilled Nursing team in the Aurora area.

Compensation

Salary: Approximately $97,000+ (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Proven experience in home health and OASIS assessments (required)
• Leadership experience in a supervisory or case management role (preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
• A passion for developing others and delivering exceptional patient care
