RN Clinical Supervisor - Home Health - $5,000 Sign On Bonus
About the Role
Maxim Healthcare is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. This unique role blends clinical expertise with administrative leadership, offering a dynamic and fulfilling career path in home health.

Pay
Salary range: $75,000 – $80,000 base pay with an additional $5,000 annual bonus potential. New hires may also qualify for a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Weekly paychecks provided.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical care from admission through discharge
- Manage care delivery and supervise personnel
- Conduct caregiver orientation and competency evaluations
- Lead training, education, and skill development initiatives
- Perform both office-based and field duties, including home visits
Requirements
- Active RN license in the applicable state
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience (preferred)
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
- Team-oriented with excellent customer service abilities
