Home Health Caregiver (CNA/HHA)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily living and personal care services in patients' homes. Part time and full time positions are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with developmental disabilities
• Monitor and report changes in client’s status
• Aid with personal care tasks such as bathing and dressing patients
• Offer companion and homemaking care
• Provide specialized assistance like medication reminders
• Teach family members how to care for loved ones
• Ensure client’s safety

Qualifications

• Must have a cleared Level 2 background check and CPR certification
• Two years of experience in home care or related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Must have updated Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
• Must have a smart phone to input notes
• The position requires a clear Level 2 Background Check
