Home Health Caregiver (CNA/HHA)

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services. Caregivers will provide 1-1 services in patient’s homes in accordance with an established care plan. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with developmental disabilities
• Monitor and report changes in client’s status
• Assist with personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
• Provide companion and homemaking care
• Provide specialized assistance such as medication reminders
• Teach family members ways to care for their loved ones
• Ensure client’s safety

Qualifications

• Must have a cleared Level 2 background and CPR
• 2 yrs experience in home care, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Updated CEUs
• Must have a smart phone to input notes
• The position requires a clear Level 2 Background Check

Pay

Currently have 2 open cases in Lakeland and Bartow areas starting at $18/hr. Bilingual clients: $15–$18 starting rate.
