CNA/HHA Home Health Caregiver

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services. Caregivers will provide 1‑on‑1 services in patients' homes in accordance with an established care plan. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Part‑time and full‑time openings are available at several locations throughout central Florida, including Kissimmee, Davenport, Poinciana, Haines City, Bartow, Lakeland, Winter Haven, St. Cloud, and Orlando.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with developmental disabilities
• Monitor and report changes in client’s status
• Assist with personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
• Provide companion and homemaking care
• Provide specialized assistance such as medication reminders
• Teach family members ways to care for their loved ones
• Ensure client’s safety

Qualifications

• Must have a cleared Level 2 background and CPR
• 2 years experience in home care, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Updated CEUs
• Must have a smart phone to input notes
