About the Role

As a Home Health Caregiver, you will work with individuals who require non-medical care and assistance with daily living tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Helping with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and managing daily schedules
• Accompanying clients to appointments and social events
• Maintaining accurate records of client care and activities
• Collaborating with other care professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
