This role focuses on building referral relationships and driving growth in the Southwest region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain referral relationships throughout your assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with healthcare referral sources.
- Engage with physicians, case managers, and discharge planners to support patient referrals.
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to support regional growth and quality commitments.
- Assist referral sources and patients with questions, concerns, and issue resolution.
- Secure required physician documentation and support referral processing.
- Participate in sales, marketing, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Plan and participate in marketing initiatives, networking events, educational lunches, conferences, and community activities to strengthen relationships and increase Lorian's visibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of healthcare sales experience; home health experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5 years of sales/business development experience in home health or a related healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of the local medical community.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to confidently communicate and present to both small and large groups.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.

Pay
Annual compensation range: $85,000 to $115,000
