About the role
This role involves outside healthcare sales, focusing on building face-to-face relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physician offices, SNFs, and assisted living facilities.
Responsibilities
- Generating patient referrals
- Coordinating patient transitions into home health services
- Maintaining strong referral networks
- Obtaining physician orders
- Ensuring smooth clinical admissions
- Conducting 6–15 in-person stops daily, including visiting referral sources, following up, and educating staff about services
Qualifications
- Healthcare sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license
- CRM familiarity
- Experience in healthcare sales or marketing
- Comfortable working in the field
- Self‑motivated
- Adept at relationship‑building
Pay
Compensation includes a base salary with uncapped performance bonuses, offering growth opportunities across multiple locations.
