As a Home Health Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care services that make a real difference in our clients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Aid with light housekeeping and meal prep tasks
• Help with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Absorb transfers clients from bed to chair or wheelchair
• Document client care and maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members
