Always Compassionate is seeking to hire fifty (50)Home Health Aides/PCA. HHA/PCA is a paraprofessional employee trained to provide personal care and related services to agency clients. Get paid to nurture, care for and form a life giving bond by maintaining a healthy, safe environment. Providing nutrition and environmental support. Assisting with certain treatments and therapies ordered by physician. Reminding clients to take medications and assisting with day to day functions as needed/requested. Doing errands, reporting changes and important information concerning clients condition. Must get along well with others, be dependable and trustworthy. Maintain compliance with all agency policies and procedures. Maintain in service requirements as specified by state and agency regulations. Have a feeling of empathy for the sick, elderly and disabled and be sensitive to the feelings of others. Must have HHA/PCA Certification Course.
