Home Health Aide Sturgeon Bay

Job Requirements

We here at Community Horizons have teamed up with a local Sturgeon Bay man, looking for an in-home caretaker. This man lives in his home in Sturgeon Bay, with his wife and children. He had a stroke which has left his right side paralyzed, he is blind and hard of hearing. They are looking for additional support.

• Assisting with personal cares (showering)
• Repositioning
• Using Hoyer Lift
• Change BM
• Cath Care
• Medication distribution
• Maintain Blood Sugar Requirements

Qualifications

Prior experience in group homes, nursing homes, or in home health care encouraged

Must be able to pass a background check

Wages

\$17-\$19 per hour

Hours

7:30am - 9am (Monday - Friday)
11am - 1pm (Monday - Friday)
3pm - 5pm (Monday - Friday)
