Home Health Aide - PRN Cecil County

About the role

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care services to patients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting
• Monitor patients’ health conditions and report changes to supervisors
• Administer prescribed medications as directed
• Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks in the patient’s home

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for providing compassionate care

Skills

• Basic computer skills
• First aid/CPR certification
