About the role
As the Home Health Aide or CNA, you will provide patients with in-home personal care and designated health related services to maintain the patient's physical and emotional well being.
Responsibilities
- Provide or assist clients with activities of daily living including:
- Bathing in bed, tub or shower
- Care of hair including shampoo, combing and brushing
- Care of teeth and mouth including denture care
- Nail care, filing only
- Skin care including peri care and applying lotion
- Transfer of patient from bed to chair and to wheelchair
- Transfer patients on and off bedpan, commode and toilet
- Report observations of the client's condition to the agency director or accounts manager
- Drive safely, comply with traffic regulations, and wear a seat belt when business travel is required
- Assist with household tasks directly essential to clients' personal care
- Function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
Requirements
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transportation
- State-Specific Requirements: AR: Completion of 75-hour aide training course meeting requirements of AR regulations
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire (preferred)
- 6+ months of home care experience (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently

Pay
The hourly pay for this role will range from $13.00 to $20.00 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
